It sounds like you have a time management problem, why not call when you have some admin work scheduled.

 

Even better why not schedule some remote admin work with your replacement for LMI then you wouldn't need to worry at all.

They have a great product which is safe reliable and secure with two factor authentication ( shame it looks like the person that started this thread lost his print out of his password and security codes in the street that also had his username written on it - allegedly).

 

It's unfortunate they don't meet your needs to cancel but I'd rather they fix my problems and add new features as a paying customer, than support the needs of a tiny number of people who chose to cancel.

I waited on hold for 20 minutes.  There's no reason that you shouldn't be able to cancel your account with the click of a button.  Logmein is just banking on the fact that people will be to lazy to call and cancel.  That should be illegal.
